Directed enterprise-wide technology program portfolio for a green energy startup, partnering with executive leadership to translate business priorities into disciplined, scalable technology solutions — with full accountability for governance, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. Owned SaaS portfolio governance, led two complete cloud platform migrations, managed technology budget and vendor relationships, and established security frameworks including access control policies, incident response procedures, and vulnerability management programs.

Served as the sole technology function for a national membership organization of 2,500+ accounts over an 11-year engagement — owning enterprise platform strategy, infrastructure modernization, and end-to-end program delivery across a fully remote, geographically distributed environment. Led three distinct phases of website platform evolution, a full infrastructure migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, full lifecycle management of the annual conference mobile application, and SaaS portfolio governance across multiple platforms. Established project governance standards and reporting frameworks across an organization with no centralized IT function.
